Our native mobile app allows you to listen to the radio while away from your desk. We collect essential information automatically in the background required to make this service work, this includes the following:

3. Your Timezone

Additionally, when you stream the radio we collect:

2. Your User Agent

In order to make the song title and album art display we use the Spotify API, you can check out how they handle their data here. Upon refreshing this data we collect:

1. Your IP Address
2. Your User Agent

While using our app you may also send requests to our presenters, the information submitted is at the discretion of the user and we take no liability for the content of said messages. The submitted forms contain the following:

1. User Submitted Name
2. Message Type
3. Message Content
4. Your IP Address
5. Your User Agent

Our website has the option to create an account with us in order to access more areas and provide user ratings and feedback. By creating an account you agree that you are above the age of 13 years old and consent to the storage and processing of the data you provide to us.
